My path to business coaching didn’t start in a classroom.
It started with failure — the kind most people never talk about.
After nearly a decade in corporate finance, I went all-in on entrepreneurship — investing everything into two businesses in Dubai. But without the right systems for pricing, marketing, and cash flow, things unravelled fast. Cheques bounced. Pressure mounted. What began as ambition spiralled into financial crisis, legal complications, and the kind of rock-bottom that forces you to face hard truths.
That moment of stillness changed everything. I faced a painful truth: I wasn’t failing because I wasn’t smart enough or working hard enough. I was failing because nobody had taught me how business actually works.
So I rebuilt. I studied. I developed practical frameworks around revenue systems, pricing power, client acquisition, and operational clarity — everything I wished I’d had from day one.
